The reason for that is because the active ingredient is encapsulated in seaweed, which protects it from light and oxidation so you don't have to worry about your serum turning yellow and losing its potency.

 Protect your skin from pollution. Vitamin C & Vitamin E are both antioxidants, which mean they protect the skin from oxidative damage like air pollution.

Apply two to three drops twice daily to face and under-eye before moisturiser or eye cream.
